 This is a pattern for a long cardigan with a large collar by Bergère de France. The collar is ribbed and extends below bust level.
There are five sizes as follows:
* Bust   32" -  32"
* Bust   35.5" - 38"
* Bust   38.5" - 41"
* Bust   41.5" - 45.5"
* Bust   45.5" - 50"

It is knitted in Bergère de France Baltic and the gauge is 15 stitches over 22 rows for a 4" square on US #8 needles . if you would like to use the original yarn, I can order it with no problem, the color card is the third photo.
