 This is a pattern for a cabled dress by Bergère de France. It has long sleeves and a roll collar
There are five sizes : Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large and Extra Extra Large.
It is knitted in Bergère de France Berlaine and the gauge is 22 stitches over 28 rows for a 4" square on 3.5mm needles . if you would like to use the original yarn, I can order it with no problem.
