The Hege Mitts were designed by Michele Wang for Brooklyn Tweed.
They are in fact arm warmers with mitten style fingers.
They are knitted in the round using the fair isle technique and are an ideal project for someone wanting to try fair isle.
Three colours are used and you will need 65 yards of colour 1, 35 yarns of colour 2 and 125 yards of colour 3, all in fingering weight. You can use either DPNs or circular needles.
The finished mitts are 9" nine length.
There are two double sided pattern pages with colour photos plus a loose chart page and the instructions are both written and charted.
