The Pei loop scarf was designed by Michele Wang for Brooklyn Tweed.
It is a great project for beginning lace knitters or a relaxing pattern for the more experienced.
The lace pattern at the base of the scarf forms soft scallops and two bands of eyelets add balance. It is knitted in the round.
You will need 225 yards of sport weight wool, a 24" cirular needle and stitch markers. The finished loop is 43/5" around and 5.5 inches high.
There are two double sided pattern pages with colour photos and the instructions are both written and charted.
