Shipping is done by weight and the more a parcel weighs the more it costs me to send.

Costs are calculated automatically as you shop and any items with free shipping are not included in the total shipping cost.

I ship by first class Royal Mail within the UK and by Royal Mail Air Mail to overseas destinations.

Provided I receive payment by 2.0pm (UK) time, I will be able to ship the same day excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

Shipping times can vary a great deal and are dependent on factors out of my control.  Next day is usual for the UK, 4-6 days for Europe and a week for the rest of the world. Please note that Royal Mail will not entertain any claims for non delivery until 15 working days have elapsed in the case of UK parcels. The time scale for overseas deliveries is 30 working days.

If your purchase is returned by the Post Office because you did not collect it after an attempted delivery or because you gave incorrect address details I will be happy to re-post it back to you at your cost, if you decide you do not want the item/s to be resent as you no longer require them I will be happy to refund you your purchase price only and not the inital postage costs paid.

You have the right to cancel the order within 7 days. If goods have been dispatched, you will need to return the goods at your own expense via a signed for method to receive a refund of the original amount paid.  Goods must be in exact packaging and unused.

If you wish to return the goods because you do not like the color, I am happy to exchange them but you are responsible for the cost of shipping them back to me and for the cost of shipping a replacement.All exchanges must be carried out within 14 days of your receiving the goods.  Books, DVDs and patterns are non returnable due to copyright law. Needles are also non returnable unless faulty.
