The Ancient Bark Moebius Wrap encircles the head and shoulders. It is easy to make and uses blocks of Basketweave stitch interspersed with rows of Garter Stitch. After knitting, the work is given a single twist and the two ends are grafted together forming a continuous loop. The finished dimensions are 36" long and 19" wide before forming the twist for the Moebius loop. Suggested yarn is fingering or sport weight and you will need 700 yards in a handpainted shade and 110 yards in a solid color. You will also need US #5 and US #7 needles, a tapestry needle and blocking wires and pins. There are 3 double sided pages of instructions and charts together with a full color photo of the wrap. The pattern is housed in a polythene sleeve puched ready for filing.
