Ilga Leja At the Market Shawl

 Ilga Leja's At the Market shawl is worked entirely on the diagonal which gives it an exquisite drape.
It is knitted in a simple lace pattern combined with reverse stockinette stitch and it is a generous size and very feminine. It can also be knitted as a scarf. Both versions are finished off with tassels.
Finished measurements are
* Scarf : 57" long and 13" wide
* Shawl : 69" long and 25" wide.
You will need 437 yards of DK yarn for the scarf and 984 yarns for the shawl. You will also need US #7 needles, stitch markers and blocking wires.
