Ilga Leja Mermaid Beach Poncho

 Ilga Lega's Mermaid beach poncho is worked in two identical rectangles which are then sewn together - this is a quick and satisfying knit.
It is knitted in an openwork stitch pattern and is ideal to wear over a swimsuit or top on the beach
There are 3 sizes with measurements as follows:
* Small : Length 24", Width 34"
* Medium/Large ; Length 29", Width 40"
* Extra Large : Length 37", Width 46".
Suggested yarn is Double Knitting or light worsted weight and you will need 383 / 503 / 754 yards according to size. You will also need US #8 circular needle and a set of US #6 double pointed needles.
