Ilga Leja On The Town Neck and Shoulder Wrap

 The On the Town neck and shoulder wrap is an easy knit that is suitable for the less experienced knitter.
It is worked in the round in a Garter Stitch Rib pattern and has bobbles along the bottom.
Finished size is 21" around the neck, 52" around the shoulders and 12" in length.
You will need 328 yards of a sport weight yarn, US #4 circular needles in two lengths and a tapestry needle.
This wrap can either be worn as an outer garment or inside your coat as a neck warmer.
There are two double sided pattern pages and a front page with a color photo of the wrap. It is housed in a polythene sleeve punched ready for filing.
