The Rhinemaiden cape is worked in a gently rippling stitch pattern. It is worked in the round from the bottom up and the cape has a longer back section which enables it to be worn asymmetrically if desired.
There are 3 sizes as follows:
* Extra Small/Small : 62" around at bottom and 22" around at neck edge
* Medium/Large : 60" around at bottom and 24" around at neck edge
* 1X/3X : 69" around at bottom and 30" at neck edge
You will need between 612 - 1038 yards of a fingering or sport weight yarn in the main color and between 110-191 yards in a contrast color. You will also need US#6 needles , stitch markers and blocking wires and pins.
There are 5 double sided pattern pages plus a front page showing the design in full color. The whole thing is housed in a polythene sleeve ready punched for filing.
