The Marschallin is a lavish shawl that can be worn as a neck wrap or capelet. There are also instructions for making this as a rectangular scarf in an altered configuration of the stitch pattern
The finished shawl if 54" long and 13" wide and is knitted on US #7 needles in double knitting or light worsted weight yarn. You will also need a cable needle and stitch markers. It takes 687 yards of yarn.
There are 5 double sided pattern pages together with a front page showing the design in color. It is housed in a polythene sleeve that is ready punched for filing.
