This is Jamieson's Shetland Spindrift in shade #105 which is called Eesit. This is an undyed shade and it is a light fawn color, it is lighter than Mooskit from this range.
Shetland Spindrift is a two ply yarn that is classed as 4 ply weight. The yarn is spun from sheep on the Shetland Isles and is ideal for Fair Isle as it is "sticky" and does not unravel when you are cutting steeks. It knits on US #3 needles at 25 stitches over 30 rows for a 4" square. There are 115 yards per 25g ball .
