Lucy Neatby Swirling Sun Hat

 Although the photo of this hat shows it being worn by children, the pattern is for adults too. There are 3 sizes : toddler, average adult and large adult. These sizes can be tweaked further by increasing or decreasing the number of repeats of lacy edging - it is all explained!
The hat is knitted in Rowan Handknit Cotton and takes 2 balls plus a small amount of a contrast color. It is knitted in the round on US#5 needles.
