 This is a hand painted yarn from Opal. It is shade #1980 and is called Melodie . It is a blend of mid green, bright yellow, tangerine and red.
Each 100g skein is 464 yards in length and it is 75% pure wool and 25% polyamid. It knits on 2.5mm needles at 28 stitches over 36 rows for a 4" square.
The yarn is machine washable and non-felting and is ideal for sweaters and cardis as well as socks, hats and gloves.
