Rowan Alpaca Cotton

 Rowan Alpaca  Cotton is a blend of 72% Alpaca and 28% Cotton which is light and airy and yet warm.
There are twelve shades in total that range from natural creams, greys and browns to muted pinks, greens and blue. Two shades are new for Fall 2011
This yarn has 148 yards per 50g ball and knits on US #8 needles at 16 stitches over 23 rows for a 4" square.It is machine washable on a gentle cycle.  The new Evolution and Dalesman  pattern books have designs in Alpaca Cotton.
