This is Rowan Fine Milk Cotton in shade #484, Pastille, which is now discontinued.. It is a pale silvery blue - a delicate color. 
This yarn is 70% Cotton and 30% Milk Protein - a by-product from the production of milk. There are 164 yards per 50g ball and it knits on US #2 needles at 30 stitches over 38 rows for a 4" square.  The shades are named after English candies.
