This is Rowan Pure Cashmere DK in shade #824, Cork.  It is a fawn shade and is now discontinued.
There are 122 yards per 25g ball and it knits on US #6 needles at 22 stitches over 30 rows for a 4" square.
Pure Cashmere features in the Rowan Classic DK Designs  book, but it can, of course, be used in any DK pattern.
