 This book brings you 30 of  Rowan's most popular knitwear patterns from the 80s through to today. It has been publised to celebrate Rowan's 30th anniversary.
The book starts with a history of Rowan and the development of the company. The next section features patterns from the Rowan Magazines of the 1980s including some of Kaffe Fassett's earliest designs.
Next the 1990s including the then unknown Kate Moss. The last section covers the 2000s including the introduction of Kidsik Haze.
There are thirty patterns and, where either the yarns or colors are no longer available,subsitutions are suggested. These are sometimes for colors that will work together or sometimes for using a different yarn in the same shades as the original. Where colors have been changed there is a swatch showing the new combination so that you can compare it with the original.
There is a potted biography for each designer and loads of tips and hints for each pattern.
The book is hardback with 152 pages all in full color.
