Rowan Journal #6

 This book was sent to members of Rowan International in the Spring of 1993 and so it is 16 years old!.
It contains two patterns : a jacket by Debbie Bliss for 6 / 9 / 12 month old babies and Stars and Waves sweater for adults by Sian Browan in Handknit DK Cotton.
There is an interview with Debbie Bliss, articles on Chinese rugs, the work of knitwear students at the Royal College of Art and the spinning of Silk. Kim Hargreaves has written a diary about her tour of the USA and there are reviews of new books and Rowan workshops.
This journal is a piece of Rowan's history and will be of great interest to anyone who collects Rowan books.
