This is Rowan Magazine #18 which was published for Winter 1995.
There are 46 designs by Kaffe Fassett, Kim Hargreaves, Louisa Harding, Martin Storey and other well known designers.
There is a tutorial on giving your knitting a professional touch, an article on adding tassels and other embellishments to cushions,book reviews and lots more interesting reading.
This copy is is slightly worn with a few crease marks on the cover and some notes beside one of the patterns, but apart from that, it is good shape and clean.
