Rowan Magazine #28

This is Rowan Magazine #28 which was issued for Fall 2000
There are 40 designs from such well known names as Kaffe Fassett, Kim Hargreaves, Louisa Harding, Debbie Bliss, Brandon Mably and Sarah Dallas - something for all tastes. 
There is an interview with Brandon Mably. The tutorial features fair isle which is used in several f the designs in the book. There is a article on mohair, ideas for knits for the home, book reviews and lots more.
Yarns used in the designs include Kid Classsic, Felted Tweed, All Seasons Cotton and DK Soft.
