Rowan Rectangular Black Plastic Buckles

 Rowan rectangular plastic buckles are two and a half inches high by two inches wide.  They have a center bar for threading your tie or belt through. These are black in color with a tooth patterns around the edge.
These buckles feature in several Rowan magazines and pattern books and are ideal for cardigans or jackets or you could use them on bags.
