If you do not like the shade of the yarn, you can either exchange it or have a credit note for the value LESS all shipping costs. Exchanges will incur a shipping cost for delivery of the substitute yarn.
Please note that overseas customers are liable for any import duty or taxes that may be incurred in the destination country.
