This is a pattern from Trendsetter for the Miter Drape Vest.
It was designed by Jane Slicer Smith and is a vest with a deep collar and miter squares around the edge.The body is knitted iin basket stitch. This design can be knitted in either a DK or Aran weight yarn
There are 4 sizes:
If you are using DK yarn
* 35" which takes a total of 6 balls in a main shade and 4 balls in 2 contrast shades
* 37" which takes a total of 7 balls in a main shade and 6 balls in 2 contrast shades
* 40" which takes a total of 8 balls in a main shade and 6 balls in 2 contrast shades.
* 43" which takes a total of 9 balls in a main shade and 6 balls in 2 contrast shades.
If you are using Aran yarn.
* 37" which takes a total of 8 balls in a main shade and 4 balls in 2 contrast shades
* 37" which takes a total of 9 balls in a main shade and 6 balls in 2 contrast shades
* 40" which takes a total of 10 balls in a main shade and 6 balls in 2 contrast shades.
* 43" which takes a total of 11 balls in a main shade and 6 balls in 2 contrast shades.

The pattern has a colored photo of the design and full charts for the miter squares and is housed in a polythene sleeve
