Trendsetter Tootsie Drape Vest in Aran Weight Yarn

This is a pattern from Trendsetter for a drape vest with a large turned back collar.
It was designed by Jane Slicer Smith and there are four sizes:
* Small : 30 - 34""
* Medium ; 36" - 40"
* Large : 42" - 46"
The vest is knitted in corrugated garter stitch..
  Suggested yarn is Lane Borgosesia Merino Otto but you could use any Aran weight yarn. You will also need US #9needles.
The pattern has a colored photo of the design and is housed in a polythene sleeve
