Rowan Selects Finest #004, French Beret

This is shade #004, French Beret, from the Rowan Selects range which is now discontinued.It is a soft black - the darkest of the four shades in this range.
The yarn is a 4 ply blend of extra fine merino, cashmere and alpaca.
As you might expect, it is very soft and smooth and gives great stitch definition. The skeins are 50g as opposed to the original range which came in 25g balls.
