How it's calculated

Shipping is calculated by weight and destination. The more a parcel weighs, the more it costs to send.  

Yarn orders of $30 or more  for current yarns ship for free worldwide. Unfortunately, due to problems with the Russian and Kazakhstan postal service, this offer does not extend to customers living in those countries. The free shipping is for standard An Post shipping, if you require tracking there will be a charge

Within the Republic of Ireland

When you view your basket, you will be able to select a shipping method. I ship by An Post. Within the Republic of Ireland  you have the option of selecting First Class or Tracked.  

Outside the Republic of Ireland

Outside the UK I send by An Post Air Mail and you will have the option of selecting regular Air Mail or Tracked. The latter is trackable on-line and needs a signature. 

Providing your order is received by 9am UK time, I can ship the same day.
Orders placed after 9am will ship on the following day. I do not ship on Sundays.

Delivery times

• Delivery times are usually next day within the Republic of Ireland
• 4 -5 days to Western Europe
• 6 - 7 days for Eastern Europe
• 7 - 10 days for the rest of the world.  

There are occasional delays caused by extra security or customs checks but these are few and far between.

Please note: An Post does not class an Irish order as missing until 15 days from the date of despatch. For orders outside of Ireland, this period rises to 30 days from the date of despatch.
