A full refund will be given in the event of goods being faulty. Please email me for a returns number BEFORE sending anything back.
If you do not like the shade of the yarn, you can either exchange it or have a credit note for the value LESS all shipping costs. Exchanges will incur a shipping cost for delivery of the substitute yarn and must be made within one month of purchase. I do not take back surplus balls.
Custom ordered yarns such as Artyarns are non returnable, so please be sure that you order what you want!
Please note that overseas customers are liable for any import duty or taxes that may be incurred in the destination country.
